    B1G's Losi Mini Crawler

    Hi,

So I picked up Losi Mini Crawler's in a trade with for a Losi Micro-T and 2 XMODs (I picked up the Micro-T for a trade for a two sets of SSMT shocks so all in all I think I did well ):

It's got the 2.4GHz Spektrum DSM system and a slightly more powerful spare battery.

I ran it out on the ice a few days back:

and all I can say is that it is a blast!!

I have since remounted the battery pack:

Which seems to be a popular setup on the crawler forums so I figured I would just copy

The ESC and RX have also been moved forwards into the battery tray, and the Losi 2.4 system has been replaced with a FlySky RX so I can use this with my FlySky GT3B TX.

If you want to upgrade to chassis for comp proformance check out these two chassis.

This first one will be ready to sell in about 2 months.

Both kits are awesome! Really digging the first one!! Honestly though because I have the AX10 in comp form I kind of want to do a scaler with this one... Do you make a scale chassis kit?

    Hi all,

Been a while.... done a ton of work on my AX-10 Scorpion so figured it was about time I did something with it's little brother

So I have gone from this:

    To this:

    Upgrades include:

New Edge solid rod tuber chassis with body panels
Hot Racing Aluminum High Clearance Suspension Links
    TCS Crawlers Internal Shock Springs
1.9 ProLine Flat Irons with foams mounted on the real beadlock version of the Losi beadlock rims

Body panels are back with a white decal rather than being painted so I can change them up should I want to.

Still have a few quirks to work out such as a leaking rear shock that's throwing off my balance but other than that I should be ready for some crawling with this little guy sometime soon.

Wow, this turned out nice... Other than the leaky shock, how is it running? Is it more top heavy with the new chassis?

Thanks Surprisingly no it isn't more top heavy, I cheaped out on the chassis and bought the solid rod one over the tube one the weight is 5.8 oz 4.3 oz. but as I doubt I will ever compete and if I was too it would be with my AC-10 over the MRC I saved myself some money. I think it comes down to the wheels though, I should do a comparison shot between the old and new as the size difference is noticeable so given the new size I feel as though I get a lot better balance.
