It is a great platform to get started, you can't really go wrong with it.

Next will be a different body, then more upgrades, etc..etc..etc...

    Re: new honcho

i had the day off today so i went trailin. this is first time this thing has seen rocks. i was very surprised. this thing is pretty capable. i beat the snot out of it and it all held up real well. still warranted a trip to the junk yard any way ... i noticed that it's very top heavy. also, when i took the water pic below, i seen some of my shock oil in the water. so that sucked. don't wanna be polluting now do we?

got me a fender from the junkyard...

i'm not sure what i want to do with this rig yet. so i figure i'll just screw up what i got now and upgrade as i go, which already i apparently need shocks...

i just got done painting the door. i'm not sure where i'm gonna go with this rig as far as bodies go. i do know that what ever it is, it's gonna be a beater, a real ugly s.o.b.... but for now, i'm gonna screw up what i have.

so here's the ??? anyone know a way i can make this body look all beat up? i was thinkin of takin a small piece of brick or stone and scratching the paint from the inside of the body and using some rust colored paint to create rock rash, or scrape marks. i'm open to any ideas on how to make this thing uglier. so, if ya have any idea's but didnt want to try them on your own stuff, lemme know.
