Hey everybody. My name is Joe. I live in Norristown and work in Montgomeryville and Perkasie these days. I used to be very heavy into RCRC about 6-7 years ago. Back when you had to basically build everything from scratch and nobody knew what RC crawling was. Back then I ran with GSRCRC and competed very heavily in 2.2. Back then shafty rigs ran against MOA rigs. I sound like a dinosaur. I recently picked up an SCX10 on the cheap and I'm in the process of making it comp ready. I also picked up a set of Berg axles with intent to build another MOA rig eventually. Not sure my bank account can handle building two comp trucks at once. Anyway, I'm very excited to be back in the hobby after a long hiatus. I'd love to plan some GTG in the area. I know we used to run at Green Lane with GSRCRC which is relatively close. Also Pennypack park is fun for some trail running. Here's a quick pic of my SCX from this morning after test fitting a new GCM motor relocation kit....
