Spare tire license plate and first aid kit mounted. I really want to paint the grill and mount the pop up, but I am forcing myself to wait til Sat so the paint is good and hard.

Stole some mirrors off a Mercedes body I have laying around. Also made a rear view mirror. Both were painted with some chrome paint. It is not quite as shiny as I wanted, but looks good. Will be spraying the grill and tail light bezels with the same once the body cures a little more.

Started work on the rear bumper. Ran out of silver solder, so it is on hold.

Was super nervous, but mounting the pop up was pretty easy. I still need to get a permanent servo arm and install the fabric. I was just glad I didn't glue the hinges together when I attached them to the body.

Added in a gas can and a length of heavy duty chain for emergencies.

Can anyone say "hell yeah" to some '70s goodness! Bring on the chrome.

    Looks great.

Did you "win" that chain at an EPA event? It looks like the chain and hooks that I "acquire", I remember giving one to JSlick to use as a prize a couple years ago

Why do I care where Waldo is?

As a matter of fact I did. Couldn't remember the details of winning it, but I got it at a comp. Been looking for a place to use it for some time.

Lights and dash are in. Still need to build some seats though.

Added an axe for all that fire wood.

I needed a large plastic container to hold all my camping gear! So I made this one.
