I found a little ambition tonight so I finished off the "head" lights

Not too shabby for less that $5 in material.

I couldn't decide what to do with this, so after about three different "partial builds" on three different chassis & axle choices. This is what I settled on




Of course the metal work is not complete yet, but it will be eventually.

Still plenty to do, the boom had me stuck for a couple weeks, but what I cobbled together will work great.
I have have to make a tow sling yet, but it will be fully functional with a winch to power the boom.

A little more progress. I have to go to Hobby Lobby or someplace similar to get the strap material, right now it is just masking tape.
I may change it some so the lower bar folds up more.. I have to see

A quick trip to Hobby Lobby, $2 later and I have a few good strips of black leather. Also made my hooks, I just need some scale chain hooks, I have to bother a friend to see what he has, or can get me.
