Some standard ones would be aluminum C-hubs, Alu knuckles, metal links, CVD's, just to get the driveline beefed up. Then move onto tires and wherever your wallet allows.

First, thank you all for the welcome.

I have a few more things to consider on it.

Some pitbull rockbeast tires and CI foams.
Axial Underdrive rear axial gear set. (43/13) and HD standard gear set (38/13)
Locked up FI Spools front and rear.

That's pretty much it for added performance upgrades

The rest maybe some different bodies and some scale items,

You know, ive had my honcho for about 5 months now.

If youre on a low budget theirs not really much you have to do to it to make a great truck.

If you have an RTR then some better links to replace the plastic ones on the suspension and the steering is a wonderful upgrade.
If you still run the stock motor then replace the stock 20T motor pinion gear with a 16T if you wanted improved low rpm control.

The stock servo isn't all that bad but it uses bushings instead of bearings inside...You can upgrade to bearings for less than 10 dollars and it become much more reliable.
If you want more power with a servo you can always add an external BEC to give a little power boost.

Other than that you don't really need anything unless you keep breaking something in which case you would want to upgrade to solve the problem.

I chose to modify or replace items that more so improve performance over just replacing something for reliability.

Im 5 months into owning my Honcho and have yet to break a single stock part..Im still using the stock knuckles and c hubs and WB8 drive shafts and the stock gears in the axles and the trans.

I have replaced my front drive axles with CVD only because I improved the steering radius and the stock axles cant take more than the stock turning radius...otherwise I would still be using the stock axles in the front.

Its been dead reliable and maybe I can attribute this to my driving or maybe because I just use a 2s battery to power it all but im really happy with it.

I updated my first post..you can see how little ive replaced as far as parts are concerned.

The Holmes ESC I bought because I got it for less than 70 shipped on a black Friday sale..the radio and other electronics I already had so put them to use.

Otherwise it would still be rtr electronics in it.

I know my first year I comped with it I found the weak links and slowly upgraded as needed. They are a solid performer out of the box. The outputs on the tranz are the first things I broke.
