    I done built a trailer.

Well after posting a wanted add, and not finding what I was looking for, I decided to just build one. Pretty straight forward, 1/2" square frame, dual axle, and leafsprung. Kind of did a modified walking beam suspensions. Just 2 axles joined with a peice of brass, with a leaf mounted to that. I need to get helper springs because just the weight of the trailer alone, they are fully compressed.

Side note, if you rush like I did, you will forget to put a front "leg", or support on . And drill the mounting plate for the pintle hook sideways  Oh well. It will be a ghetto trailer and i'll support the front with cinderblocks :ror:

Oh, and make sure to look at the tread on the tires before purchasing, didn't realise one set was treaded, and one set were bald. Back to the hobby shop I go.

Still need to put the decking down, make ramps, and put on some tie-downs.

All in all, It didn't turn out to bad. Overall dimensions are, about 14" wide, and 21" long.

Better pictures will be posted in the next couple of days.

    And after paint,

Okay, got the planks on. was 95% finished, when I ran out of styrene angle for the "cap". I just need 1 more peice so I ordered it today, but i'll most likely go down to my LHS and see if they have it. Anyway, untill the rain stops, this is the best I can do,

Planks are 1 1/2" wide peices of poplar. I'm thinking about leaving them as-is and let them weather over time.

neato, good call on the airplane wheels and tires...

where'd you get the reflective stickers?

"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered...I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies... The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs." -Thomas Jefferson
