    New Place to try crawling.

I checked out a new place to try crawling on this past Sunday and it seamed like a pretty good place. Check out the pic's on either of the following: www.teamsvsc.com or check out Team SVSC on Facebook. Let me know what you think. I'm going to try and hit it again on this Sunday and see what else I can do/try. If anyone whats to go either shot me an email or a pm for directions and a time.

This looks a lot like Lock 12. I am alwasys excited about finding new places to crawl. We have a section on the site for addresses. We could get it in there for some guys to try out soon. Thanks for posting up.

http://www.eastdonegaltwp.com/recreation.php Here is a link from the townships website with the map. They really don't list an address for the area, but it is right off of Rt. 441 on Vinegar Ferry Road. If trying to find it on Mapquest just search for Riverfront park, Marietta, Pa 17547 and it should bring it up.

If you would happen to head up this way just let me know. Also when you enter the park you will go under the railroad tracks, you will see a parking area directly in front of you. You have to turn right and follow the road around past the boat ramp to get back to this parking area. From the parking area it is a short walk down to the river. There is a few small trails leading down to the area the pic's were taken, but the trails will bring you out almost in the middle of the area. If you are waterproof there are/was some areas that you can play in some water as well. Just a word to the wise make sure you walk your line and don't just crawl blind. There is several area's that if you go over the top of the rocks you will drop off into a small but deep pools of water. Some of these pools are deeper then they are wide so please be carefull.

That is correct for you coming from Gettysburg it is is a really easy trip. Straight over 30 to 441 and its only about 5-8 minutes after you get off of 30.

I hear you there, my SCX10 is sitting on the work bench right now with the servo out of it. I tore it up at SVSC's GTG at Sam Lewis a few weeks ago. I have one on order it should be in this week or next. But I did finally get some of the bugs worked out of the Wraith. Its a wonder what a new pinon and spur gear will do with performance.
