So I started on a new cab for the truggy:

It's a bit rough and there's still some work to do, but I think I'm off to a good start. Might need some tube work to help protect the body from impacts.

Here's a few pics with it on the truggy. Not mounted yet but that's the easy part. Going to have the whole front hinged, hood and fenders, so I can change the battery easily.

Should help the approach angle a bit. I also have a stubby front bumper to fit the new cab.

How come you didnt fill the gap?

"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered...I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies... The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs." -Thomas Jefferson

    Umm...that;s what she said...

But seriously, the whole front clip is removable so I can access the battery.

nice chasis and overall build on it....but i think the rear tube bed needs to be covering at least the inside of the rear tires for class 2....you might have a class 3 with therear tires uncovered like that, i'm not sure but i think that's what i remember from reading class spec's........bob
