    Rik's Micro Course VIDEO UPDATE

so t finally went out and got the lumber for the course tonight. this is only 2 sections of 5 or 6 sections. It's gonna wrap around the center pillar in my basement. The 1st section(the one with the rocks) is at 36" high. The 2nd section is 42 1/2" high. Each section is 40'' long and 24'' wide. There will be a numerous way to get from section 1 -2. One will be a straight vert. it will be aprox. 5" high. but it will taper and even out so all rigs can get from one section to the other. i'll explain more with the pics..

so here's section 1 and 2. nothin really to say lol

section 1 and 2 from the other side. section 2 (the one w/out rocks) with have 3 level. One level above and below the 'table' top you see. i will cut out a part and make a downhill to lower section with great stuff.

heres the other side of pillar. section one is on the right and section two is behind the piilar. the part of the pillar facing you will have a 'san fransico' type of hill going up to the upper levels. (ya know that famous curvy hill, right?) the hill will start from section one. the hill will end on a bridge that goes over section one and will take you to the the upper level of section 2. to the left of the pillar will be 2 levels. are ya still with me? lol

and here is a poser shot of my pepsi rig lol

the plan is for the track to be about 75% real rock. the rest will be great stuff, with sand and textured spray paint, connecting each level. the bridge will be made of steel wire and twigs. the steel wire is nice to use because it doesnt flex to much, so you dont have to worry about it tipping and losing your rig. i had one on the last track i built and it was awesome. let me know what you guys think.

    This is gonna be sweet!

"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their Fathers conquered...I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies... The issuing power should be taken from the banks and restored to the people, to whom it properly belongs." -Thomas Jefferson

lol...the goal is to make it both comp and scale friendly. right now i just kind of threw the rocks on there and put some lines up. hopefully dirty can make it over saturday and we'll give it a better design, giving more scale lines..like i said i want everyone to have a good time on this track..
