    Gifford Pinchot State Park

Good trails for running (wet, make sure to waterproof), an awesome creek to crawl up, and several piles of big rock for crawling on.

I asked my wife about this and she said it is only 20 minutes from my in-laws house. I would be interested in a scale run here. It looks like ther are a few rocks as well. If it is muddy, I will definatley be taking my boots.

Let me talk to the wife about when we are heading over. We usually get over to York quite often.

Let me know when you go and I might come over and join you. That is not too far from my in-laws.

Make sure you also check out the little city park that on the way to camping area. It's got a sweet rock wall that would be awesome for comps.

Is there any specific area where the rocks are?

there is a creek bed near the dam side that is great for scalers. There are also some good hiking trails with mud and rocks. Look for the old tobogon on the maps. big rocks there. Then close to the lake near the picnic area is some more rocks. There are about 4 spots around the lake. Just try some out. I like the creek bed with the scaler, lots of big flat rocks and water.
