I've done a lot of looking at gear motors. I think this is what I am going with. I have the spool from a spare winch. I just need to figure out the steady bearing figured out. I am also thinking I will need a tube to get the cable around the servo.

The wheel wideners arrived today. I think the width is pretty nice.

It's a roller. Still loads to sort out but it is getting there. Found out today the driveshafts won't work.

Moved the axle forward and lowered the rear. Found a spot to mount a full size dig. Almost finished the mounts. The bumper is pretty plain, but will serve the purpose. I have the hops on top, which can be used as pull points.

Got the chassis all finished up. I needed to take out a big chunk of the chassis to fit in the servo. I think I am ok, since there is a thick plate bolted and soldered there. Up next, figure out the winch and painting the chassis. It looks like I will be dropping about 2 1/2 lbs overall. Not quite sure until I get it all back together though.
