I saw a Hobbytown brand servo with metal gears and 400 oz/in of torque for $65. It appears to be a Hi-Tec, but they didn't know if it was digital or analog. My guess its digital I think I am going to give a try. Seems like a descent price.

No, but I am thinking about it. They could probably get more pretty quick.

Hobbytown and I forget if it had a model number, but I am sure it does. It is $64.99 and gives the oz/in in 4.8v and 7.4v. I guessed at the 6v torque. I figured less than 7.4 and more than 4.8. :D It is in a bag with a cardboard top. If you buy it tell them to order another one for me.

i got a hobby town 208oz servo for $40 it ended up being analog and won't work eficiently under a load. my Futaba 156oz works better than it did... I just ordered 2 MG995 208oz servo from Honkong from ebay for $17 shipped. They seam to be the same servos you can never find in stock on www. hobbypartz.com so I'll let youknow how good they are when they get here. Al the revieds say they are decent.

No, I had a few other broken items to replace before I upgrade again.

Just giving an update on this Patriot brand servo, PHU3543, I got from Hobbytown. So far so good. I am not confident it delivers the exact numbers advertised, but it seems fairly strong. I just switched around my wiring so now it is at 7.4v. We will see how it holds up.
