i found using a metal dremel cutting wheel that looks like a saw blade to work better then the dremel cutoff wheels do....

it didn't melt the rubber like the cutoff wheel did....but left nice wide square bottom grooves instead....

the benefit of the wider square bottom grooves i see is that they allow the groove to open and close more then the thinner cutoff wheel groove does ...............bob

you can really do them how ever you think they work better by pinching the tire's lugs and see how they would benefit from being able to flex more....i have some idea's where to cut them still to let them flex even more..........bob

I hate the thought of cutting into brand new tires. :)

My flat irons and my rovers both do amazingly well how they are. Would I really see that much gain with siping?

I am running pink dots on my losi and it's like having super glue on my wheels already. :)

from what i seen of pinks are they need a real light rig to work good....the ones i seen folded over on the rims on side hills............bob

I put them on the narrow Losi wheels and seem to working great. I haven't had them on real rocks yet, but on the practice course they were doing good. We'll see tomorrow.
